Just before leaving Vermont to try to find an earlier Spring in 2011, I heard about a 6x6 show in southern California. Each painting was the same size, 6x6, but each represented very different styles and time spent in creation. This scene was far more time-consuming than the others. In comparison to my Aurora Borealis scene, it reminds me visually of the audio textures of Mozart, many varied values and colors, interspersed with details.
